Organisation settings
Organisation settings control how your Capture organisation appears, who has access, and how email is configured. Access these from Settings in the navigation.
General
Section titled “General”Organisation name
Section titled “Organisation name”Your organisation name is displayed throughout the Capture interface.
Organisation slug
Section titled “Organisation slug”The slug is used in your default email addresses:
{prefix}@{slug}.ottocapture.emailChanging the slug updates all default email addresses for your clients.
You can invite team members to your organisation and manage their access from Settings → Team.
| Role | Description |
|---|---|
| Admin | Full access to all settings, clients, and team management |
| Member | Can review and publish documents, but cannot manage organisation settings or team members |
Inviting team members
Section titled “Inviting team members”Invite new team members by entering their email address from the Settings → Team page. Invitations expire if not accepted.
Removing team members
Section titled “Removing team members”Admins can remove team members from the organisation at any time. Removing a team member revokes their access immediately.
You can configure a custom email domain for your organisation. This lets clients receive documents at addresses on your own domain instead of the default ottocapture.email addresses.
